Who is Rachel Lauren?
Rachel has always been deeply committed to personal development and empowering those around her. From a young age, she was exposed to the world of energy healing and quickly recognized the profound effects of releasing trauma, heart walls, and self-imposed limitations. Inspired by the transformational potential of these techniques, Rachel delved into various healing modalities, initially using them to promote her own healing and that of her immediate circle. Her journey took a significant shift when she became a young mother navigating the challenges of single parenthood. Recognizing the need for deep change, Rachel embarked on a journey of self-healing and professional growth. She became a certified trauma recovery coach, incorporating NLP, hypnotherapy, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), T.I.M.E. techniques, and Life and Mindset coaching into her comprehensive arsenal. Today, Rachel is committed to helping women break free from the chains of abuse and trauma.
